Parbat, Feb 6: The Religious and Educational Fair and Srimad Bhagawat Gyan Mahayagya held at a rural village has generated more than Rs 20 million in funds.
The Mahayagya was held at Ranipani VDC in southern part of Parbat district with an aim to fundraise for running Bachelor’s programme at Nepal Tara Secondary School and upgrading the technical courses.
The Mahayagya Main Coordinator Homnath Parajuli confirmed that the amount was raised from the event which concluded on Sunday.
He said the funds will be used for establishment of the Bihadi Multiple Campus, upgrading the technical subjects and for physical and educational reform in the school.
