Kathmandu, Sept 2: Election to pick the new leadership of the Nepal Medical Association started from today.
The elections began outside Kathmandu valley from today and will continue till tomorrow while the election will take place from September 7 -10 in the Kathmandu valley.
The Professional Inclusive Panel and Democratic Panel are competing for the 13-member working committee for the next three years.
The total 26 people from both the panels filed their candidacy, while a person from independent category filed a candidacy. The NMA has now 5,305 members. RSS
