Pathari (Morang), March 23: Three among those killed in a bus accident that took place in Pathari along the East-West Highway last night have been identified.
Four passengers died on the spot and other 19 were injured in the bus accident in Pathari on Wednesday night.
Two among the injured are said to be in critical condition. Three men and one woman had lost their lives in the mishap.
According to Police Inspector at Pathari Area Police Office, Rajan Karki, the deceased identified so far are motorbike rider Tilak Limbu and pillion rider Devendra Limbu of Letang-3, Morang and a bus passenger, Purswottam Subedi, of Jhapa. One among the four killed in the accident is yet to be identified, Karki informed.
The accident took place when the Butwal-bound bus (Na 5 Kha 5387) from Kakadbhitta lost control and hit the motorbike (Me 4 Pa 8511) coming from opposite direction.
