Jhapa, Sept 3: Minister for General Administration, Keshav Kumar Budhathoki, today said the constitution implementation is government’s top priority.
Speaking briefly to journalists at the Bhadrapur airport in Jhapa, Minister Budhathoki said the country could make a u-turn only after implementing the constitution ‘so the government would try to implement the constitution’.
The government is making effort in holding local body elections along with implementation of the constitution, the Minister declared. “The local level development works will accelerate only after the local body elections,” he added.
On a different note, the Minister said he would not work against the rule even in the face of mounting pressure for transferring and promoting the employees.
