Kathmandu, Sept 4: Office-bearers of Lumbini Buddhist University met Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today and apprised him of the problems facing the University.
The delegation led by Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof Dr Naresh Man Bajracharya called for amendment to the University Act for the government to take ownership of the University.
Registrar Tilak Ram Acharya apprised the Prime Minister of the various activities and progress made by the University so far. The Prime Minister in response expressed the commitment for necessary support in running the University effectively, said Vice-chancellor Bajracharya. RSS
