Dolpa, Sept 12:The sole print media in Dolpa district ‘Himali Suskera’, a weekly newspaper, has begun its regular publication of late.
First published in 2001 as a fortnightly newspaper in the biggest district of the country, the publication of Himali Suskera was initially irregular owing to technical and financial glitches.
The paper has been regularly published since last Sunday, according to Himali Suskera’s editor and publisher Bishnulal Budha.
Explaining the intermittent publication of the paper, Editor Budha stated, “It is challenging to run publication enterprises in the place where the locals are not so interested in media as well the availability of advertisement is sparse.” RSS
