Parsa, Oct 21: The revenue collection by the Birgunj Customs Office in one month stood at over Rs 9.5 billion.
The income of the Office from September 17 to October 16 exceeded the target. Though the Office had set a target of raising 8.58 billion of revenues in this period, the collection went by 11 per cent than the target and touched onto Rs 9.517 billion, Office Chief Sewantak Pokhrel said.
Imports of two and four wheelers contributed the most to the good revenue collection that the Office witnessed in a month, it is said. RSS
