Rs 600,000 plus collected in Bhairavisthan Temple

Palpa, Nov 3: A sum of more than Rs 600,000 was collected in the famous Bhairavisthan Temple in Palpa district as a monetary offering known as bheti during Dashain and Tihar festivals.
According to Temple Manager Min Bahadur Budhathoki, this is the highest bheti collection in this religious shrine of deity Bhairav temple so far.
More than 50,000 devotees were estimated to have visited this shrine where they offered sacrifice of some 1,500 animals, including goats, chicken and ducks among others, shared manager Budhathoki. RSS
