Bhojpur, Nov 4: The District Hospital in Bhojpur has witnessed a surge in number of patients suffering from various infections after the Dashain and Tihar festivals.
Cases of pneumonia, typhoid, fever, common cold and gastritis are being increasingly reported in the Hospital, according to Dr Raman Jha, reasoning the surge in patients’ number due to the excessive fate intake with spicy food during the festivals.
Around 24 people visit the Hospital every day, shared Dr Jha, adding that cold, cough and fever cases have increased due to change in weather. RSS
