Chitwan, Nov 6: The political parties in Chitwan have agreed on fixing seven local bodies in the district.
The recommendation for the seven local bodies will be submitted to the Local Body Restructuring Commission on Saturday, Local Level Restructuring Technical Assistance Committee Coordinator and Local Development Officer, Shrawan Kumar Pokharel said.
The parties have also agreed on proposing the formation of a metropolitan city by merging Chitwan and Narayani municipalities with the Bharatpur Sub Metropolis. RSS
