Kathmandu, Nov 7: The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has said that its attention was drawn by the media reports Monday about the tiffin expenses of the Prime Minister.
The details about the tiffin expenses worth Rs. 700,000 mentioned in the website of the Office is that from the past month of Shrawan, and that it also included expenses incurred during the civil service day meeting, cabinet meeting, physical infrastructure expansion meeting, as well as other weekly and emergency meetings, the Office has said.
Issuing a statement here today, the Office spokesperson Damodar Regmi has appealed to all to not disseminate such message to create illusion among the people at large. RSS
