Morang, March 27: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, Bimalendra Nidhi, has said that the local poll will not be postponed under any pretext.
In a press meet in Biratnagar today, DPM Nidhi claimed that local poll will be held at slated time.
He further shared that Madhes-centric parties will participate in local poll as talks were in progress with them in this connection.
Nidhi had arrived here to provide relief to the families of Basudev Sah who was killed by Indian security force on May 25, 2010.
Local resident of Amahi Bariyati village of the district, Sah was killed by Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) crossing Indo-Nepal border but had not got compensation yet.
