Kathmandu, Sept 3: Minister for Commerce Romi Gauchan on Saturday said the institutions under the ministry that are not in a position to operate would be scrapped.
Speaking at a Face to Face programme at Reporter’s Club in the Capital, the Minister viewed that licenses of such companies should be scrapped after carrying out their study and assessing utility.
Pledging commitment to effectively monitoring the market, he assured that action would be taken against those promoting and involving in black marketeering.
Saying that he would focus on minimising trade deficit with India, he said he would do his best in taking initiatives to promote export-oriented industries. RSS
