Chariot procession arrives in KTM

Kathmandu, Sept 4: A chariot procession that started one-and-half months ago from Rajbiraj for human welfare and establishment of peace in the society has now arrived in Kathmandu.
The Chariot, brought to Kathmandu after performing worship at ancient temples of 31 districts, would be taken to important temples of Kathmandu Valley.
The Chariot along with an idol of Chhinnamasta Sakhada Shrine has been kept at Pashupati area for the general people today. Woman visiting Pashupati Area on the occasion of Teej festival are worshiping the idol.
Coordinator of the ‘Laxyachandi Rudra Mahayagya’ and Pithadhis, Mahakanta Thakur, said that a Mahayagya would be organised at Saptari in April after the completion of chariot procession in all 75 districts. RSS
