Gulariya (Bardiya), June 2: Wheelchairs and tricycles worth more than a million rupees were donated to the people with physical disabilities and visual impairment in Bardiya.
A total of 27 persons with physical disabilities and two with visual impairment received the donated materials.
The Bardiya Disabled Rehabilitation Centre, District Coordination Committee Bardiya and Gulariya Municipality held a programme yesterday to distribute the materials.
The National Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled, Anamnagar provided 29 modern wheelchairs and tricycles.
