Kathmandu, August 12: The Consulate General of Nepal in Kolkata has honoured dance artist Dillip Thapa for his organization’s contribution for Nepali cultural promotion and integration by terming it as ‘commendable’.
Thapa has been marking the Bhanu Jayanti with various functions and teaching students of Nepali origin cultural dances through the Dillip Thapa Dance School. He has taught dances to thousands of Nepali students and other Nepali migrants.
In a congratulatory message from Eknarayan Aryal, the Consulate General of Nepal has extended sincere gratitude on behalf of the people of Nepal to Thapa for his appreciable and inspirational work.
