Kathmandu, 19 Sept. Emperor of Japan has sent a congratulatory message to President Bidya Devi Bhandari on the occasion of the National Day of Nepal today.
In his message, the Emperor extended heartfelt congratulations and good wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the Nepali people, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release.
