Palpa. Ribdikot rural municipality has endorsed three local Acts.
Preparations are underway to publish the village assembly-endorsed Acts related to education, health and cooperatives in the local gazette.
The second village assembly endorsed the Acts after the rural municipality gave full shape to the concerned bills by discussing with stakeholders in different stages, shared Ribdikot Chairperson Narayan GC.
Chairperson GC said that the certification of the Acts would pave way for future works in the areas of education, health and cooperative at local level.
Meanwhile, Tansen municipal executive has endorsed seven local Acts. The two-day municipal assembly approved Appropriation Act-2074 BS, Economic Regulation Work Procedure, Administrative Work Procedure, working procedure to be adopted while performing judicial committee works, agriculture business promotion, officials’ code of conduct Act and Cooperative Act-2074 BS, shared Tansen Mayor Ashok Kumar Shahi.
