Solukhumbu, Sep 25: A Mountain Air helicopter (9 NLQ) that had reached Juving of Solukhumbu district to transport a patient to Kathmandu has crashed while attempting to make a forced landing at 7:00 am today.
The chopper was forcibly landed due to engine problem, it is learnt. The front part of the chopper has been damaged in the incident.
The chief district officer Krishna Prasad Sharma has informed that there were six people including a pilot on board and no human casualty was reported in the incident.
Sharma added that another helicopter of the same Airlines rescued all the passengers and reached them Lukla. RSS
