Pokhara, Sept 27: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Ramesh Lekhak has said the path of economic prosperity would open up through establishment of permanent peace.
Inaugurating a training programme organized by Bhramha Kumari Ishworiya University, Pokhara on Monday, the Minister argued that the implementation of the new constitution was possible only through maintenance of peace in the country.
The country currently needs peace, Minister Lekhak stressed and noted that the decade long conflict had ended through dialogue, negotiations and understanding.
Stating that the government’s prime duty was to hold all three elections to put the constitution into practise,the Minister urged the opposition party to not suspect the government’s ability to hold the elections. RSS
