Kathmandu, Aug 31: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has received warmest greetings and best wishes on his appointment from Minister of External Affairs of India, Sushma Swaraj.
While stating that India attaches the highest priority to its friendly relations with the people and government of Nepal, Swaraj has expressed her willingness to working closely with Minister Dr Mahat in strengthening bilateral ties, said a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affiars on Wednesday.
