Jeevan Vikas Microfinance IPO Distribution, 1.9 Million Payenri [with Results]

Kathmandu. Ordinary shares (IPO) of Jeevan Vikas Microfinance Financial Institution have been distributed. The IPO of this organization, which has managed to set a record in the primary market by applying around 2.1 million, has been won by 1,84,801 people at the rate of 10 lots.

Five lucky lots have emerged from the practice of 10-10 rounds. In other words, they have got IPO at the rate of 11 lots.

The organization had sold 1,977,300 ordinary shares at the face value of Rs 100 per share from July 29 to July 30. Out of the total shares issued, 98,865 shares have been allotted for collective investment funds and the remaining 1.848 million shares have been distributed to the public.

According to sales manager NMB Capital, a total of 2,087,317 people had applied for the life development IPO for 312,999,340 lots.

Of them, 3,471 applications were rejected and 65,538 applications were rejected by ASBA, according to Capital.
