Jhapa, April 7: The local authorities have administered elephantiasis vaccination to around 80 per cent of the total targeted population here.
The District Public Health Office, Jhapa said 584,400 were vaccinated against elephantiasis. The health office had set a goal of administering the vaccines to a total of 733,000 persons.

Last year 73 per cent took the vaccinations and this year it has increased by seven per cent, Programme Official, Jivan Chaulagain said. “Comparatively, we must say that the campaign has been a success this year,” he shared. RSS
