Gulariya (Bardiya), July 19: An 11 – year – old girl drowned in the Dhobi river’s canal on Tuesday at Manpur of Thakurbaba municipality – 3, Bardiya.
Sapana Airi, daughter of Panna Airi, was found dead after disappearing in the river in the afternoon, according to District Police Office.
Meanwhile, 66 – year – old Sher Bahadur Shahi of Geruwa rural municipality – 6 died after falling into the river from an embankment at Syauli Bazaar. He was drunk at the time of the accident.
