Palpa, Sept 7: A young woman was found dead in the bank of confluence of the Sakhardi River and Kali Gandaki river in Bakamalang VDC-6 in Palpa district on Wednesday morning.
A group of pedestrians spotted the body of a young girl aged around 16 years lying along the river bank. The identity of the woman is yet to be ascertained.
According to Danas Malla, a local, the girl was wearing earrings and had a sacred thread on her one hand, according to a local Danas Malla.
Locals contacted police as they recovered the dead body. RSS
