Kathmandu, Sept 18: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed best wishes to all Nepalis on the occasion of the first Constitution Day.
Giving a best wishes message on the first Constitution Day, NC President Deuba said the constitution promulgated by the people’s representatives through the Constituent Assembly is the most significant achievement in Nepal’s history.
The constitution has provided a solid foundation to the country full of diversity for unity, harmony and collaborations, he said.
NC has fully respected Nepalis faith to democracy, he added, stressing the need of effective implementation of the constitution for country’s development and prosperity.
On the same occasion, Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana stressed the need of elections in all three levels. RSS
