Pokhara proposed as provincial capital

Kawaswoti, Nov 7: CPN-UML Proivince Number 4 has decided to make Pokhara the provincial capital. A full meeting of the Province Number 4 held at Tharu Home Stay, Amaltari in Kawaswoti-15 took the decision.
