Statute enforcement, top government priority: Joshi

Bhimduttanagar, Sept 15: Minister for Population and Environment Jaydev Joshi has said the meaningful enforcement of the constitution was the top priority of the government.
Speaking at a press meet organised by the CPN (Unified) here this morning, Minister Joshi expressed his hope of getting support and cooperation from all walks of life in the enforcement of the statute.
“Political unity is the need of the hour to pave the way for a meaningful implementation of the constitution,” he said, adding that dissatisfied Madesh Front would also be brought into confidence.
He further said that Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s state visit to India that began from today would help further consolidate the bilateral ties.
He claimed that the long halted local poll would be hold within coming mid-April. RSS
