Arghakhanchi, Sept 15: CPN (Maoist Centre) leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has stressed on the implementation of the constitution saying that it was the time for the same.
He urged all to forge consensus for the purpose adding that parties should not be divided in any names and position.
He argued that all party unity was essential to implement the constitution otherwise, it could not be implemented.
Leader Rayamajhi opined for amending the constitution for its implementation. Two-third-majority is crucial for its amendment but the government side does not have such position therefore main opposition CPN (UML)’s support is required in this regard.
Leader Rayamajhi viewed this while addressing a seminar organized for holding discussion on restructuring local units on Wednesday in the district. RSS
